Scottish Open: Conversations underway on new date after postponement
Austrian Bernd Wiesberger won the Scottish Open last year
The Scottish Open at The Renaissance Club in July has been postponed – with talks on a rescheduled date.
It would take place in North Berwick from July 9-12, but has become the last European Tour event to be called off amid the Covid-19 outbreak.
The BMW International Open in Munich and the Open de France near Paris have also been canceled.
Keith Pelley, director of the European Tour, said the call was accepted "with public health as an absolute priority".
