Every day this week, combined with the worldwide promotion of R&A to make people aware of the health benefits of golf for people of all ages and levels, we will show a great example of how you can participate to improve your well-being improve.
Today we focus on the positive mental health aspects of golf, from elite, to recreation and by law to an example of golf that can instantly save a life.
