Tiger Woods produced a sparkling finish to win a fifth Masters title and ended an 11-year guard to claim a 15th major.

There were raucous celebrations around the 18th green when Woods ended up with a two-under-par 70 to win at 13 under, a free of fellow Americans Dustin Johnson, Xander Schauffele and Brooks Koepka.

The 43-year-old, written off by so many as many times as he returned problems in recent years, hit the air in delight, a big smile on his face, before celebrating with his children at the back of the green .

It was Woods' first Masters victory since 2005 and he is now only one behind Jack Nicklaus & record of six wins over Augusta National and three behind the overall main count of his countryman of 18.

More coming soon.
