Golf clubs in Australia #DoingItForJarrod

#DoingItForJarrod charity days have begun, with over 120 clubs across the country digging deep by registering a day for a member to raise money for Challenge in memory of our wonderful partner, Jarrod Lyle.

Headland Golf Club led the Property Today and Headland Pro-Am's innovative planning solutions in July, where 71 PGA professionals and 150 amateur golfers dressed in yellow for the first official # DoingItForJarrod day.

More than 70 clubs have registered to organize # DoingItForJarrod days in August, while more than 40 others have organized events in September (click here for the full list of clubs). If your club is not on the list, it's not too late to register!

To support the legacy of Jarrod, Challenge, the PGA of Australia and Golf Australia ask the golf community to participate in August and September by dedicating a competition day to its memory to raise money for this important cause.

Participating is easy. All you have to do is devote the day of an existing member to the # DoingItForJarrod affair and encourage members to dress in yellow, create a yellow theme or sell Challenge and Fun the Duck merchandise during the event to raise money. Tax-deductible gifts are also accepted.

To support and thank clubs for their involvement, all participating clubs participate in the draw to win an invitation to play alongside the best golf in the Australian PGA Championship Pro-Am to be held on Wednesday, December 18 at RACV Royal Pines Resort.

All proceeds from #DoingItForJarrod go to Challenge to support children with cancer and realize the wish of Jarrod Lyle to help Challenge to offer the little things to families that make a difference.
