The quiet patch from Minjee Lee will expire soon.
Australia's best woman roared home to finish sixth in the Scottish Ladies Open at North Berwick on Sunday.
Lee closed the weekend with 64 and 66 to push herself on the scoreboard, although she ended nine shots for the winner, South Korean Mi Jung Hur at 20-under, a tournament record.
But the news is good for Lee, who reached number 2 in the world ranking when she won in Los Angeles in April for a flatter patch. She is currently at number 4.
Fellow Australian Su Oh also had a good week at North Berwick, finishing in 13th place.
Oh, 23, has earned $ 350,000 this season and is in the top 30 in the seasonal points ranking, ready to reach the tour championship.
