Welcome to day three of the Golf and Health Week!

Every day this week, combined with the worldwide promotion of R&A to make people aware of the health benefits of golf for people of all ages and levels, we will show a great example of how you can participate to improve your well-being improve.

Today we focus on the extremely positive role that sport plays in the lives of golfers with disabilities.

Specifically, we look back on a groundbreaking event that was played simultaneously with the Australian Open last year when the Australian All Abilities Championship introduced the inclusiveness of golf to the mainstream with a blast of world class.

Through the Golf and Health Week and our own stories from real life, we will focus on different aspects of sport and how these different groups can benefit society
