She was very complementary with the city and has a souvenir to take home next to her new coat.

“Thank you for the sponsor and the local community of Boulia. We had a lot of fun on the way. I now have a Boulia Golf Club shirt and I will be able to tell everyone about Boulia! "

After Thomas in second place, Robyne-Lee Clayton followed. No stranger to the podium and adding her collection of prizes, Clayton was second in Roma and champion in Charleville.

Rule like Thomas played his fourth event of the Outback Queensland Masters, previously he played Roma, Longreach and Winton. Never played on sand rests before he was pleasantly surprised with the way he played the last few days.

“Boulia golf club is excellent and the entertainment that we had last night was great. Thanks to my game partners because I would not have had a game without them. All in all, thanks to everyone! "

Rule carded the best 9-hole score of the tournament with strong 24 stableford points today, one shot for Yarrawonga-Mulwala's Lance Walsh who has signed up to play in all six Outback Queensland Masters events.

Last night's entertainment was sold out for this year's Outback Queensland Masters. Loyal supporters of headline act Busby Marou followed the Aria-winning Aussie duo to Boulia for their enchanting acoustics. Dear larrackin Ray Essery had the audience in attachment with his bush poetry and stories from his days of dairy farming.

It was a big week in Boulia, after the Camel Races at the weekend that attracts thousands of visitors to the city every year.

Cr Rick Britton, mayor of Boulia Shire, recognized the efforts of the small community that worked around the clock to offer hospitality to all visitors.

“The privilege & sometimes one of the disadvantages of a small community is that if a committee is made, it often consists of the same people. After the past week, the entire municipality may have a week off to recover. "

The roadshow now goes north to Mount Isa, where players get the chance to see the long-awaited million-dollar hole-in-one!
