Golf Australia is looking for a full-time regional development officer in the Northern Territory.

As the regional development officer in the Northern Territory you report to the Senior Manager Golf Development – Queensland and you work closely with local golf clubs and district associations, as well as with schools and coaches. You are responsible for providing strategic and operational guidance to the golf clubs and providing support in game development, including recruiting community instructors and promoting participation programs.

You are responsible for the delivery of agreed KPI & # 39; s for all Golf Australia golf initiatives in the Northern Territory.

To be eligible for this position, you must have demonstrable experience in delivering sports participation programs, excellent administration, communication and personal skills, and a good understanding of the Australian golf landscape.

Because the role spends the majority of their time in the field, it is also essential that you have exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while effectively working remotely and in a team environment.
